Centre Pivot Installation

Water Services NZ has recently installed a new 6 span centre pivot irrigator on a runoff block at Reporoa.

The installation included laying around 300mtrs of new PE mainline with isolation and sustaining valves, butt welding pipe connections. Water Services NZ made quick work of assembling and lifting the centre pivot irrigator in one week as most of our team were there for the span installs. Once the Water Services NZ team lifted the centre pivot irrigator, it took one week to commission the pivot and conduct a full performance assessment.
